Refunds, Terms and Conditions Policy
How To Cancel A Scheduled Project
As explained in the initial project contract that is signed upon the scheduling of each job, a refund will only be applied if a service is cancelled 10 or more days before the date of the scheduled service. Cancellations/refunds requested within the 10 days of a scheduled job will not be approved. Please review the Terms of Agreement document before signing to see this printed when approving the scheduling of your project.
If you are cancelling a service and requesting a refund and it is 10 or more days before the project date, please follow these instructions:
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Include the Point of Contact for the project, the reason for cancelling the service, and the amount to be refunded in order to verify this information with our records.
3. Chromodrone will issue the refund as soon as we receive the cancellation so long as it follows our guidelines above.
Payments and Delivery
We accept payment by credit and debit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover). Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to complete your project for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
All projects will be edited in our production studio in a timely manner. Depending on the scope of a specific job, the Client/Chromodrone Terms of Agreement project contract will include a timeframe for delivery of finished media product. Within 24 hours of editing/production completion, finished media will ship to the client.
We may use any of the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:
Credit Card Information
In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.
Amazon Associates Program
We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
How Is My Information Used?
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
Digital Download Refund Policy
Digital downloads are non refundable. After payment has been made and access has been granted to the downloadable product, the transaction is irreversible in most circumstances and will not be granted except for uniquely justifiable situations at the discretion of Chromodrone.
Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
